Ready to sign up for classes? WAIT! For all classes, please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions, which includes a liability waiver. By submitting your registration for any of our classes or events, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. | Policies | For Our Classes at Crews Rd Rec Center | For Our Classes at Childress Klein YMCA | | Registration | Registration is completed online through the Town of Matthews Web site for all of our classes held at Crews Rd Rec Center. Click here to register for these classes now. | Mail along with payment to Lovin' Lindy, 6632 Old Post Road, Charlotte, NC 28212. Checks should be made payable to Stephanie Simpson. Please do not send cash in the mail. We reserve the right to charge $25 for all returned checks.
If you are completing your registration within 3 days of class start, please bring to the first night of class with payment in cash or check, rather than mailing.
| Payment | Payment must be made when registering for your class. Follow the procedures on the Town of Matthews Web site. | You are not officially registered for class until your payment is received. To guarantee your space in class, please submit your payment with your registration form. You may pay on the first night of class. However, Lovin' Lindy reserves the right to refuse payment if the class is already at full capacity with paid registrants. | Refunds | Lovin' Lindy does not handle refund requests for classes at the rec center. Any refunds for these classes / events must be processed through the Crews Road Rec Center. Please contact Jason Peterson directly at 704-708-4432 with any refund request. | You may request a 50% refund up until the second night of class. After that, no refund is available. If you would like to switch your registration to another night, please let us know prior to the first night of class.
Lovin' Lindy reserves the right to cancel a class on the first night if the minimum 6 registrants is not met. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be given or your registration will be tranferred to another class session. The choice is up to the student.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to do make-up sessions if you need to miss a night of class. We do not recommend missing more than one night of class. If you know you will miss more nights, please consider a different class or location. |
