Refund Policy
The following refund policies refer to all classes except for those held at Crews Road Rec Center. If you need a refund at Crews Road, please refer to the refund policies on their Web site at http://www.matthewsfun.com.
You may request a 50% refund up until the second night of class. After that, no refund is available. If you would like to switch your registration to another night, please let us know prior to the first night of class.
Lovin' Lindy reserves the right to cancel a class on the first night if the minimum 6 registrants is not met. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be given or your registration will be tranferred to another class session. The choice is up to the student.
If you need to miss a night of class, please contact us to coordinate a make-up session. We do not recommend missing more than one night of class. If you know you will miss more nights, please consider a different class or location.
Payment
You are not officially registered for class until your payment is received. To reserve your space in class, please be sure to pay promptly via PayPal. You may pay on the first night of class; however, Lovin’ Lindy reserves the right to refuse payment if the class is already full of paid registrants.
